Ground Rules

• Guests must carry a valid ID proof such as a passport, Aadhaar card, driving license, voter ID or OCI card.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the booking. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation rules specified apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proof during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Child Policy

Children aged 0 to 11 years enjoy a complimentary stay without an extra bed. Guests within this age range are considered children. Any guest 12 years or older will be regarded as an adult and subject to adult pricing.

Extra Bed Policy

Children under 12 years enjoy a complimentary stay. An extra bed is available at an additional charge, subject to availability—Rs.. 1,500 plus taxes for children (below 12 years) and Rs. 3,000 plus taxes for guests aged 12 years and above.
 

Cancellation Rules

Regular Days: If cancellation is done 1 or more days prior to arrival, then full amount will be refunded. If cancellation is done within 24 hours of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.

Ownership Right

The Property ownership reserves the right to change the Brand and/or Operator. All terms and conditions applicable will be as per the Brand or Operator during the commencement of the event/stay.
